Upgrading, downgrading and cancelling
Upgrade at any time
Move to a higher plan from your account settings. The new features become available immediately.
Downgrade at the end of a period
A downgrade takes effect at the end of the paid period. Documents created on the higher plan stay in your archive.
Cancel from your account
Cancellation is self-service and takes effect at the end of the current paid period. There is no cancellation fee.
Export before you leave
You can export your documents and client data before or after cancelling.
