Product and workflow
No. You can create an account and try BüroPilot without entering payment details.
Your account stays, your documents stay. You choose a plan to keep creating new documents. Nothing is charged automatically at the end of the trial. The exact trial length is being finalised and will be shown before you sign up.
Yes. Subscriptions can be cancelled from your account and run until the end of the paid period.
Import from a spreadsheet is planned. The supported file formats and fields are still being confirmed, so we will publish the details before launch rather than promise a format now.
Yes. BüroPilot runs in the browser on desktop, tablet and phone, and can be added to your home screen. There is no native App Store or Google Play application yet.
Yes. Invoices are prepared with a Swiss QR payment section containing your payment details, the amount and the reference, in the format Swiss clients and banks expect.
Yes. You can export a document as PDF and send it to your client directly from BüroPilot, with the document attached.
Every plan lets you add your company details and logo. Custom templates, colors and layout adjustments are part of the Pro plan.
Getting started
Company details, payment information and a logo take a few minutes. After that, the first invoice is a matter of picking a client and adding lines.
No. You can create an invoice directly. Offers are there for the jobs that need a quote first.
You can create a corrected version of a document. The original stays in the archive so your history remains complete.
Your account and archive remain accessible for export. The exact retention period after cancellation is still being finalised.
Pricing and billing
No. All listed prices are exclusive of Swiss VAT.
Yearly billing will be available. Whether it carries a discount has not been decided, so we are not advertising one yet.
There is no setup fee. Any document or user limits per plan are still being decided and will be published before launch rather than estimated here.
Shared company accounts with several users are planned. The number of users included per plan has not been fixed yet.
Card payment and invoice are the intended options for Swiss businesses. The final list will be confirmed before billing goes live.
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and downgrades apply at the end of the current paid period.
Data, languages and accounts
Your account data and documents are hosted in Switzerland.
The first version is English. German, French and Italian are planned for the Swiss market, with the German version using Swiss Standard German. The release order is not yet fixed.
Starter covers invoicing: create an invoice with QR payment details, export it and send it. Business adds offers, full client management, payment status tracking, reminders and offer-to-invoice conversion. Pro adds the AI writing assistant, custom templates and branding, recurring documents and priority support.
Shared company accounts with multiple users are planned. How many users are included per plan is still being decided, so we are not publishing limits yet.
